Bookings
Keep your booking reference and provide accurate passenger details. Seats are reserved for the selected route, date and departure time. An unpaid reservation requires payment at the terminal before travel.
Payments
Clearly labelled demo payments do not charge money and cannot be refunded. Connected Paystack payments are processed by Paystack; never send card details to staff.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact the company with your reference before requesting a change, cancellation or refund. Actual refund eligibility, deadlines and charges must be confirmed by the company before a real purchase. No refund percentage or processing deadline is promised by this demo.
